Sharing music is my love language. These songs may not be new, but they are definitely worth listening to.
Wet - I Don’t Wanna Be Your Girl
Album: Don’t You
Release Date: January 29, 2016
There’s something so powerful in that opening line of this song. I love the simple production so that the lyrics are really driven home.
DOPE LEMON - Stonecutters
Album: Honey Bones
Release Date: July 16, 2016
If you know me you know I loooove a banjo moment. It’s one of my favorite instruments. This song just feels like a summer drive down PCH to me. I’ve seen Dope Lemon live quite a few times, but one of my favorites memories was from when I lived in London. They played a small show at Rough Trade East in Shoreditch, and I ended up running into them at a pub around the corner after. It was such a cool moment for me because I’ve been a fan of Angus and Julia Stone for years. I was lucky enough to get on the list for their Brixton Academy show the next night and they were great live. My other fav track from them is “Coyote” off the same album.
Lola Marsh - Morning Bells
Album: Remember Roses
Release Date: June 19, 2017
I’ve been hunting down this record on vinyl for soooo long. Still haven’t found it :( Lola Marsh are a unique sounding duo, I just love Yael’s vocals and their fun indie pop sound. They have a really cool aesthetic with their retro looking album covers too.

I enjoyed listening to the banjo, I play one myself, it's an instrument with character
I used to live in east London. Love it there :)
